Abstracts
All speakers are required to submit an abstract (approx. half-a-page) via their symposium chair.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 10th, 2020.
It is recommended you do not use special characters in abstracts as they may not appear correctly in the electronic program.
All individually registered participants who are not selected as speakers may submit one abstract for poster presentation (no free oral communications are scheduled) on any topic in neuroscience. Multiple abstracts by the same registered participant are not accepted.
Abstracts will be available at the meeting and for download after the meeting, but not published in a scientific journal.
Poster size
Poster board size will be portrait format, 100 cm (width) x 130 cm (height).
Terms and conditions for abstract acceptance
Abstracts of individual registrants (not selected as keynote or symposia speakers) will be presented as posters as the only option. There are no free oral presentations. Abstracts are accepted only if received together with registration and full payment until the deadline of February 10th 2020.
